Since 2010, Mirsafian Law Group (“MLG”) has represented individual and corporate clients in a wide range of practice areas, including civil and commercial litigation including contractual, corporate, and employment disputes, as well as transactional work involving contract drafting and negotiations such as stock and asset purchase agreements, joint venture assessments, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements and handbooks, settlement agreements, and estate planning documents.

After graduating from The University of Kansas in 1999 with a degree in Chemistry, I began my legal career proofreading patents at a boutique intellectual property firm in Chicago. Through that experience, I formed a greater interest in the law and ultimately graduated from The John Marshall Law School in 2004, after which I started Mirsafian Law Group. Since then, I have had the opportunity to not only work with great individual and corporate clients, but also with some amazing attorneys who time and time again I trust in the
most complex litigation and transactional matters, both with respect to their legal skill and acumen and their drive to effectively and aggressively seek the best results for our clients.
